The deadline to submit a Claim Form is March 9, 2010. You may submit your Claim by mail or by facsimile at 1-866-590-8535, or you may submit your claim online at this website by accessing the "Claim Form" screen from the menu above. If you file a claim by March 9, 2010 and the claim is determined to be valid, you will be entitled to receive a payment from the Settlement Fund.
If you choose to exclude yourself from the Settlement, you must do so by February 22, 2010. You will not receive a payment from the Settlement Fund. This is the only option that allows you to retain the claims you have against Ameriquest and to pursue your claims in another case at your own cost and expense. More information on excluding yourself from the Settlement is contained in Section 8 of the Notice.
If you wish to object to the Settlement, you must meet the requirements for filing an objection described in Section 9 of the Notice by February 22, 2010. You (or your attorney) may also appear in Court provided you file a timely objection and a notice of appearance.
Please do not contact either Ameriquest or the court about this settlement. Any and all callers will be directed to this website. If you have questions, please refer to the FAQ’s and the other information posted here. Inquiries about the Settlement that are sent through the privacy statement will not be answered.
This site is not operated by Ameriquest. This class action settlement is supervised by the court and is administered by a claims administration firm that handles all aspects of claims processing. Ameriquest is not authorized to respond to questions from members of the plaintiff class regarding the settlement.
